5. Subscriptions and Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize LeanLogix or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described in the applicable purchase terms at checkout.

The Service, including any AI-generated analysis, projections, or recommendations, is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LeanLogix does not guarantee any specific investment outcome, portfolio performance, or financial result from use of the Service.

You acknowledge that all investment and business decisions carry inherent risk, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any information provided through the Service before acting upon it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeanLogix, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment value, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of LeanLogix arising from these Terms or use of the Service exceed the amount you have paid to LeanLogix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LeanLogix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if such action is necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Service. You may discontinue use of the Service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation process described at checkout or within your account settings.
